About Us
Amon Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ”Amon”) provides business partner search services and intermediary services for capital alliances to companies expanding from Japan to overseas (outbound) and from overseas to Japan (inbound).
For Japanese companies, Amon’s services are as follows:
(1) Amon provides a service for Japanese companies with weak networks in Southeast Asian countries, enabling them to enter the market without establishing offices or stationing personnel there. Amon acts as agent to identify business partners, which is the first major hurdle in market entry. The fee for the agency service is primarily success-based.

(2)Amon leverages its network in Southeast Asian countries (investment banks, M&A intermediaries) to provide intermediary services for capital alliances through share transfers from local company shareholders and issuance of new shares through Third-Party Allocation as well as acquisitions. The remuneration system for intermediary services is primarily success-based.

(3)Amon utilizes its network of partner companies in Southeast Asian countries to conduct background checks on potential business partners and investment targets within the region. Payment for background checks is made directly to the partner companies upon receipt of the background check results.

Noboru Yoshifuji (Representative director)
He was an external director of m-up, Inc. (https://m-upholdings.co.jp/company/outline/) (Currently ”m-up holdings,Inc.”) which is one of the leading entertainment and music content providers, distributing ringtones, ringback tones, full track music, decoration mails of mobile downloads as well as operator of paid-fan club sites for famous artists and actors with predominant Internet service providers and carriers in Internet and mobile phone network, accordingly. m-up, Inc. was listed in the Mothers (market of the high-growth and emerging stocks) (Currently ”Growth market”)of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2012 while he supported the company to establish corporate governance system and adopt to J-Sox (refers to the Japanese requirements similar to Sarbanes-Oxley Act in the United States.) Prior to establishing Amon, he held senior management position in RF Co, Ltd.(https://rfsystemlab.com/en/), a broadcasting equipment and medical device manufacturer in Nagano, Japan and was responsible for the preparation of initial public offering and all of the external issues, such as business partnerships, protection of intellectual property rights, capital budgeting and sales office planning. Before joining the above company, he worked as manager of finance of Aplix Corporation(https://www.aplix.co.jp/en/), an embedded software developer for mobile phones, which achieved stock listing of the Mothers of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2003 and then was responsible for investor relation activities and merger and acquisitions with a Taiwan-based competitor.
Earlier in his career, he was marketing consultant at Fuji Keizai Co. Ltd.(https://www.fuji-keizai.co.jp/), the second biggest market research & intelligence firm in Japan, where his responsibility spanned implementation of market research and marketing consulting, including sales of market research data and development of new customers, in architectural products, construction, pharmaceutical and personal computer manufacture industries.
He holds a B.S. in Agriculture from the Meiji University(https://www.meiji.ac.jp/cip/english/) in Tokyo, Japan and a M.B.A.
in Finance from the Georgia State University(https://robinson.gsu.edu/program/mba/) in Georgia, U.S.A.
