A Japanese company UECO Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter UECO) produces an energy-saving ceramic net. This product is called as “UECO Net” designed to be placed in the air intake vent closest to the heat exchanger of air conditioning equipment.
UECO aims to export the product via a Japanese distributor iBeliebe MEDICAL Co.,Ltd. (https://www.ibmedical.tokyo/ ) (hereinafter iBeliebe) and iBeliebe plans to establish an importer/local distributor in each country which deals with sales, construction, and maintenance of UECO Net.
1.Product specifications
(1) UECO Net is a ceramic net and made in Japan.
(2) Water molecules in the air are miniaturized by the far infrared rays coming off the ceramic net due to electromagnetic wave vibration, thus enhancing the efficiency of heat exchange in the air conditioning equipment.
(3) UECO provides 15 years warranty for UECO Net in Japan. The same warranty period shall be applicable to other countries.
(4) UECO Net is protected by a Japanese patent which was granted as of July 5, 2021 as “radiation panel” and patent number 6908300.
(5) A possible competitor from Japan is 3ms Inc. (https://3ms-inc.com/products01.html) which has introduced “Reidan-kun” (Product No.「MS-RDK」)
2. Features of the UECO Net
(1) Reducing electricity usage
The importer/local distributor can easily install UECO Net even when the air conditioning equipment is operating, so stopping the air conditioning equipment for Its installation is unnecessary. UECO Net can reduce energy usage of the air conditioning equipment by simply attaching it to the air intake vent of the outdoor or indoor unit. It could decrease energy usage by an average of 15～25 %.
(2) Easy Installation
It is light in weight and only needs to be placed on the air intake vent of the equipment, so complicated construction is not necessary and UECO Net would not damage the equipment.
(3)Zero running costs
The ceramic net does not use electricity at all; there are no running costs after installation.
(4)Long-lasting product
UECO Net is weather-resistant and requires no maintenance after installation. Effect of the far infrared rays lasts long so that it could be used semi-permanently.
3. Mechanism for reducing energy usage by UECO Net
When UECO Net is placed in the air intake vent closest to the heat exchanger of air conditioning equipment, the water molecules in the air become finer, reducing the compressor’s load and improving the heat exchange function simultaneously, which reduces electrical energy usage.
